Cancellations and refund policy

You are entitled to cancel your order and obtain a full refund within 14 days of receiving the service or good. This 14 day time period starts on the day after you or your nominee receives the service or good. You will need to return the good to us at the appropriate service postal address, stating that you are exercising your right to cancel and requesting a refund. You must post it within this 14 day time period. Please note that we are unable to refund postage for returns.
