What happens next?
All completed forms will be sent acknowledgement correspondence.
Expression of Interest / Cross Boundary / Outside Warwickshire: Additional information will be provided where relevant. Where there is evidence that a scheme would be suitable, the sites will then be given the option to commence the staged review process.
Initial Stage 1 Review Form: Should a scheme be successful in the initial review stage, schemes will be given the opportunity to enter the second stage of the review process.
As highlighted in the flow chart (PDF, 119 KB), Stage 2 requires further information, such as submitting a full Habitat Management and Monitoring Plan (HMMP) using the WCC template and involves a more detailed legal and financial feasibility assessment. Landowners / project managers will be contacted with the outcome of Stage 1 prior to any further progression and further details will be provided at that point with a list of all additional information required. We will also be able to provide confirmation of fees.
Please Note: Although the Natural Capital team have produced a review process there is no framework that regulates this discretionary service. The Natural Capital team will endeavour to deal with communications and proposed schemes in a timely manner.
