Fire protection – premises information form

The aim of the form is that in the event of an incident the more accurate information the fire crews have about a business premises – the quicker the incident could be resolved. This in turn will result in less damage and will allow a business to recover quicker, lessening the financial impact that is caused by a fire, flood, spillage etc.

All information provided will be kept securely and no details will be passed on to third parties. Larger businesses may receive a visit to allow us to build a more detailed picture of the premises.

The assessment should only take five minutes to complete, but hope the difference it may make to a business in the event of needing the Fire and Rescue Service may be huge.
