The Localism Act 2011 requires that as a local authority, Warwickshire County Council provides an annual Pay Policy Statement setting out its policies for the financial year relating to the remuneration of chief officers; the remuneration of the lowest paid employees; and the relationship between the remuneration of chief officers and that of other employees.
