These reports list payments made via purchase cards Publication of these lists forms part of the Council's commitment to be open and transparent with its residents. A Purchase Card, sometimes referred to as a P-Card or procurement card, is a corporate payment card issued to authorised Council employees. P-Cards provide a controlled and efficient way of purchasing goods and services needed to support the delivery of Council services, particularly where the normal purchasing process is not practical or appropriate. All P-Card expenditure must be for legitimate Council business and is subject to the Council’s financial controls, policies, monitoring and approval arrangements.

Where the payment is to an individual, like a foster parent, the name of the creditor has been replaced with the word ‘Redacted’ to protect the privacy of the individual and/or the client. - Package identifier
