Property and asset list June 2023 - Warwickshire Open Data

We are required to publish a list of Land and Buildings that we own or occupy as part of the Local Authorities (Data Transparency) Code 2014. The list of attributes that we are required to publish, included the name and address of the property as well as tenure, size of land and buildings and the Service offered from the asset. Some of the data has been derived from Ordnance Survey but is made available via the Public Sector Mapping Agreement Licence.
