Old loft insulation is only accepted if you are re-insulating the loft yourself. Please ensure material is wrapped up securely. Please note the loft insulation must not contain or be suspected to contain any asbestos material (see asbestos).
When re-insulating it is normally best to add the next layer of insulation on top of the existing insulation.
