District and borough councils are required to ensure that they have copies of Section 106 agreements. These should be available on their websites:
- Warwick District Council
- Stratford District Council
- Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council
- North Warwickshire Borough Council
- Rugby Borough Council
Alternatively, we can provide a copy of the requested agreement for a charge of £60. If you would like us to provide a PDF copy of an agreement please contact infrastructureteam@warwickshire.gov.uk
The charge of £60 is based on the average officer time and cost to administer requests to provide agreements.
If the Section 106 agreement relates to a planning application decided by Warwickshire County Council there will be no charge.
