Apply for a copy certificate

Civil Registration began on 1 July 1837, for records before this time, please visit the archives at our County Record Office.

We can issue copy certificates for Birth, Death, Marriage or Civil Partnerships that took place in Warwickshire. Anyone can apply for a copy certificate if they can supply enough information to identify the correct record and pay the fee.

From 28 May 2024 - the fee per copy certificate is £12.50
