We can issue copy certificates for Birth, Death, Marriage or Civil Partnerships that took place in Warwickshire. Anyone can apply for a copy certificate if they can supply enough information to identify the correct record and pay the fee.

From 28 May 2024 - the fee per copy certificate is £12.50
