FAQs
Will there be more than one funding cycle of grants to apply to this year?
No, once this funding cycle has been completed, the grant will be closed for this year.
I need support with completing my application form. Whom can I speak to?
You can get support with completing your application from Community and Voluntary Action (CAVA). The contact details for the Funding and Group Development Officer for your area, can be found on the CAVA website. If you are experiencing technical issues with completing your application or if you require the application form in a different format, please email, funding@warwickshire.gov.uk.
Can I start my application and return to it later?
No, you will need to complete your application in one go. We recommend that you use the 'list of questions' documents provided to prepare your answers before making your submission.
Can the grant cover the cost of something I already purchased or work already carried out?
No, the grant does not cover retrospective funding or past purchases.
Can I apply to more than one Councillor?
Yes, you can. Please note that the total amount you can apply for is £5000.
Can I still apply if my project is planned for the summer holiday period?
Yes. Applications are welcome, and we will contact you as soon as a decision has been made.

How to apply
Applications need to be submitted using our online application form below. Please note that:
- You must complete the correct criteria questions, based on the value you are applying for.
- You will not be able to save your progress and will need to complete the application in one go.
- Please prepare your answers in advance using the Summary of Application Questions document.
- Applications cannot be edited once submitted.
Applications will open on Monday 15 June 2026 at 9am.
