Early help single assessment (EHSA)

The EHSA is a simple way to help identify the needs of children and families and make a plan to meet those needs. It is a shared assessment which can be used by all agencies.

Early help is voluntary and the family must consent to any support that we give. A trained professional who is known by the family will carry out the assessment.
