Our all-age careers strategy is designed for Warwickshire's residents and businesses. It will support young people to prepare for the world of work and also adults who wish to:
- re-enter the workplace
- change careers
- progress at work during their working life
We focus on supporting our more vulnerable residents such as those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) to move into employment. There is support for businesses wishing to recruit, train existing employees or employ apprentices.
