  • 10 years since the financial crisis (PDF, 1.0 MB) – Warwickshire Economics has put together this paper which examines the effects on unemployment, productivity, earnings and house prices at local, regional and national levels, before, during and after the financial crisis.
  • The risk of automation (PDF, 956 KB) – Warwickshire Economics has undertaken research based on the seminal work of Frey and Osborne (2013), which sheds light on the jobs most at risk of automation in Warwickshire.

The strength of the manufacture of motor vehicles sector – This presentation highlights the comparative advantage Warwickshire has within the motor vehicle sector. The success of the sector is underpinned by a well-established supply chain, a large proportion of skilled workers and an abundance of STEM graduates from the University of Warwick and Coventry University.
