Premium MIDAS Service
This service enhances the support you receive through MIDAS and provides you with scheduled three-hour visits to cover requested MIS support tasks. Tasks are defined and prioritised by your school / Academy and could take the form of bespoke training for Arbor / Bromcom / SIMS modules, consultancy to further promote the use of management information or completion of tasks i.e., report writing, End of Year, Census prep.
What's included
- Termly on-site three-hour visits to be scheduled to suit the customer with an appropriate MIDAS team support officer, providing consultancy, bespoke training or task completion as requested.
What's not included
- None listed
Customer responsibilities
- The school will notify the MIDAS team via phone call and/or email if a visit requires rescheduling.
