This service will include day to day support for the MDM system, annual certificate and token renewal for Apple School Manager and JAMF School and support for JAMF School features such as app deployment, iOS updates and changes to settings (profiles).

The ICT Development Service will provide day to day support for the MDM system.
The ICT Development Service will carry out annual certificate and token renewal for Apple
School Manager and JAMF School. Support for fully managed devices connection from home to the multi factor platform.
The ICT Development Service will provide support for JAMF School features such as app updates and upgrades.
The ICT Development Service will respond to customer issues and requests for support and escalate them as necessary to provide appropriate solutions.
