For schools that have the Apple MDM solution (Mac Mini Server) to manage iPads

This service will include day to day support for the MDM system, annual certificate and token renewal for ​Apple School Manager and JAMF School and support for JAMF School features such as app deployment, ​iOS updates and changes to settings (profiles).

The ICT Development Service will provide support for JAMF School features such as app ​ updates and upgrades.

The ICT Development Service will respond to customer issues and requests for support and escalate them as necessary to provide appropriate solutions.
