- Based on staff members, the rights to use the latest Microsoft software products in schools, including Microsoft office, Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Core CAL suites.
- All staff and pupils will be licensed subject to the correct number of educational qualified users.
- Access to Office 365 A3 for selected qualified users

Customer responsibilities
- To remain compliant, schools need commit to the three-year term and calculate the number of education qualified users in school. This is a legal responsibility as schools need to be licensed correctly.
- Licences can be manged using the manage.welearn365.com portal for schools that are subscribed to welearn365 email.
