Learners in ACL's Active Learning Programme exhibit their masterpieces, inspired by Claude Monet.

The Active Learning Programme’s Visual Art group have been influenced by Claude Monet in their work this term. They have looked at his work and life story. While considering how he worked, paying close attention to his paintings of Waterlilies. With a focus on the reflections in the water, the group of learners produced wax resist watercolours and chose groups of colour to paint with. The group also used acrylic paint to produce a further painting, this time making 3D lilies which will sit together in a collaborative piece.
