To assist you and to provide data that is both transparent and open, you can find below a copy of our land and property register for those sites that are held within our freehold ownership.

Please be aware that the asset register is current as at April 2012 and will be reviewed on a quarterly basis.

We have contributed to the development of the DCLG Public Sector Assets in England demonstrator map by providing a list of all freehold properties but also information showing the extent of our ownership, where it was available. Please be aware that the information provided within this map that relates to Warwickshire County Council was current at January 2011.

Corporate Asset Management Plan

The council's Corporate Asset Management Plan was presented to Cabinet on 14 July 2011.

The plan is a key component of the council's approach to how it manages its physical assets. It was been developed to set out the council's intentions for each of the approximately 560 non-school assets which it owns or occupies.
