WCFW’s Learning Disability Practitioner, and one of its School Staff Nurses met with WCC’s Children with Disabilities Team to discuss the new Public Health Nursing Service offer.
WCFW staff members reported that it was a “really positive meeting”, and that they will be sharing more promotional materials with WCC’s Children with Disabilities Team going forward to help further promote the service to children, young people and families.
