Strategic Service Plan

The Service has a network of 18 libraries and a fleet of five mobile libraries serving the whole community of Warwickshire. We aim to deliver a wide range of services by providing and promoting access to books, reading for pleasure, information and learning. Increasingly the library service is delivered through virtual services through our website, offering 24/7 access, e.g. enquiry service, freely available databases and online renewals.
