Kids - Connect and Be Heard: Young People’s Emotional Well Being and Participation Support for young people with SEN/D

Connect and be heard is a new service for young people aged 14 - 25 with SEND in Warwickshire. Our aim is to connect and support young people, promoting their well-being and giving them opportunity to be heard and have fun! We meet online on the last Thursday of each month from 6:30pm- 8:15pm, as well as in person during school holidays.

Parenting Project- Strengthened Families

Parenting Project are able to support parents of children aged 0-18/25 SEND, through 1-1 counselling. Our counselling sessions are confidential, person centred, and we use a trauma informed approach, through which we aim to explore what is important to you and strategies to help. Counselling sessions can be accessed via phone, virtual sessions through zoom or face to face, we offer up to 18 sessions of counselling.

Springfield MIND - Bouncing Warwickshire Forward with resilience

"Bouncing Warwickshire Forward with Resilience" is designed to meet the growing mental health emergency that our community in Warwickshire is experiencing. We are establishing a series of co-produced, co-delivered workshops and training to target specific higher-risk sections in Warwickshire. Specifically, South Warwickshire high schools and countywide targeting male suicide, small businesses, working mums and social workers. The workshops and training will be building resilience with tools, strategies and developing peer support groups.

Circles Network - Resilient Lives and Inclusive Communities

Circles Networks Resilient Lives and Inclusive Communities Project delivers creative, outdoor, equine learning, leisure for disabled and disadvantaged children, young people and adults. A programme of activity will provide ten weekly sessions to different ages groups. The programmes will provide a wide range of activities and learning opportunities which will support participants to develop self-awareness, confidence, and wellbeing, addressing the challenges and imbalance of the experiences people have faced during the pandemic.
