Awaiting a response/hearing from us

I emailed school admissions recently but haven’t yet received a response. When will I hear from you?

We are currently experiencing a high demand for our service and our response times are longer than usual. We are updating the information on the internet every day so you might find the quickest way to get an answer to your query is by checking the related pages on our website. We will respond to your email as soon as possible but it could take several weeks.

I'm unsure whether my application has been submitted properly and/or received by you

If you submit your application via the Parent Portal, you should receive an email confirming this after you click 'submit'. You will also receive an email when the Admissions team download your application from the Parent Portal. Please check your junk/spam folders as it's possible that the confirmation emails could be filtered out of your inbox.
