Problem solving is a great way of getting to know your team members and can bring out positive qualities in everyone. Challenges can be both physically and mentally demanding requiring a high level of cooperation to complete. This gives all team members a chance to contribute in a variety of ways and highlight their individual strengths.
At Marle Hall we adopt a plan, do and review approach to problem solving tasks. This allows the team to reflect on strengths and any weaknesses that need to be worked on during the next task. Marle Hall tutors lead the tasks so that the team can progress and become more efficient at facing future challenges. Some tasks are run as evening activities, and facilitated by visiting group leaders, following an induction.
The success of a good team is always greater than the sum of its parts.
Together everyone achieves more.
“Your passion, commitment, organisation and delivery is second to none in this field.”
