The site of Marle Hall dates back to the 1500s where a monastery originally stood.

The present house was built in 1661, since which it has seen many modifications and refurbishments, and in 1971 became a residential outdoor centre when it was purchased by Warwickshire County Council. As you enter the front hall you can still feel the grandeur of a stately mansion.
