Coronavirus (COVID-19) has been identified as a pandemic by the World Health Organisation. We are all taking measures to protect ourselves and others, and as we continue to follow Public Health England (PHE) and central Government advice in these unprecedented times, we also need to remember to protect our mental health alongside our physical health.
