Coronavirus (COVID-19)

If you've been identified as extremely vulnerable to COVID-19 by the NHS and need to self-isolate, call 0800 408 1447 for support.

Advice for everyone on coronavirus is available on our website or on 01926 410410.

Temporary bus changes

As a result of the ongoing situation surrounding COVID-19, most bus services are now operating to amended timetables. Please check with individual operators before travelling. Passengers should only be using public transport if their journey is absolutely essential.

Free bus passes

Warwickshire County Council, in partnership with bus operators across the county, will be allowing holders of free bus passes to travel all day from Monday 23 March, until further notice. The 9am start time will no longer apply. We will also be accepting passes issued by other local authorities for all-day travel.

This will only apply to journeys starting within Warwickshire - if you are travelling elsewhere you will need to check with the local authority.

This is in response to the current coronavirus/COVID-19 situation, and so we would advise all passholders to follow the government advice to follow social distancing and take particular care if they are in one of the vulnerable groups.

Stratford Park and Ride

In response to the coronavirus situation, Stratford Park and Ride bus service will cease operation on Friday 27 March until further notice. The car park will remain open as normal but the terminal building is closed. Users of rail services from Stratford Parkway are advised to check for details of impacts on rail services.
