Change Makers is a free 9-week after school club for families with children aged 4 to 12 years old. It takes a whole family approach so everyone can take part in the nutritional activities alongside games, such as bench ball or dodgeball.
Each week there will be a different nutritional theme and will provide the family with a chance to design their own healthy breakfasts, complete in snack obstacle courses and make their own meals such as pitta pizzas and tuna fishcakes.
Healthy lifestyle topics include:
- fruit and vegetables
- practical/cooking week
- eat well guide
- food labelling
- my healthy day
Courses take place throughout Warwickshire in a variety of leisure and school settings. Group programmes are encouraged, and under certain circumstances, Change Makers can offer one-to-ones.
Opening times: Open various times Monday - Saturday
