What can you expect once you have been referred to the service?

  • You will be contacted by Everyone Health to establish which leisure centre you would like to access.
  • If required your individual needs will be discussed to ensure you get the most out of Fitter Futures.
  • There is a cost for using the leisure centre, which varies depending on the site. However, it will be heavily discounted.
  • You will be assigned to a Referral Fitness Instructor who will contact you about booking your first appointment at your chosen leisure centre. Your Referral Fitness Instructor will design you a personalised exercise programme for the full 12 weeks. They will help you set achievable and realistic healthy lifestyle goals alongside track your achievements as weeks 6 and 12.
  • You will be told what the cost will be.
  • Please note this is not a one-to-one personal training service. Following a consultation and programme design, the participant will be expected to complete the programme independently, within a supervised facility.
