We work in partnership with the Citizens Advice Consumer Service to ensure all Warwickshire residents have access to consumer advice via telephone or email. Further information can be found at Adviceguide, or by telephoning 03454 04 05 06.
The helpline will provide you with advice on your rights and pass details of your complaint on to Trading Standards. Even if Trading Standards do not contact you directly about your case, we use the information we receive from the helpline to make sure businesses are behaving fairly and not breaking the law.
Warwickshire Trading Standards provides verbal advice, negotiation, help with letter writing and help with drafting documents to consumers who are most vulnerable at the time they contact us for help. Further details can be found in our civil advice policy.
