The data collected through this survey will be analysed by Warwickshire County Council and will be presented in a summarised form in reports. Reports may be made available to other organisations and contracted third parties who have a legitimate role in the management and development of the Council's online services. Information that could identify individuals will not be included in any analysis or report.

All data collated through this survey will be deleted once the analysis has been completed.

One winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries received. The prize draw is open to UK residents only. Entries are limited to one per person and employees of Warwickshire County Council are not permitted to enter the prize draw. The winner of the prize draw will be informed after the close of the survey in January 2009.
