When a suitable unit is available you can complete an application form and submit it to us, with a copy of your business plan. Once both have been received the application process can begin.
- Two references will be obtained, one is required to be a financial reference e.g your bank manager or accountant.
- A credit check will be carried out on the company &/or individual directors or owner(s) of the company.
- Once both have been received and are satisfactory, you will be asked to attend a short business interview to discuss your business plan.
- Once the meeting has taken place a recommendation of whether to offer you a lease will be made.
- If you are successful we will instruct the County Council to drawn up a standard lease for you. Notification of the outcome will be given within 7 days.
- Once the lease has been signed, the deposit and legal fees paid and we have received a copy of your £5,000 000 public liability insurance, you may pick up your unit keys and take occupancy of the building.
