ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT

Proposed development at

RUGBY CEMENT WORKS
LAWFORD ROAD RUGBY WARWICKSHIRE

I give notice that CEMEX UK CEMENT LTD has applied to the Warwickshire County Council as County Planning Authority for planning permission for the

INSTALLATION OF NEW BAG FILTER WITH RELATED PLANT AND INFRASTRUCTURE.

Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans, the Environmental Statement, and any other documents submitted with it, during the normal opening hours at:

· The County Planning Register of Applications. This is located at the Department of Planning, Transport & Economic Strategy, Barrack Street, Warwick. Please ask for Mrs Bee Yew-Booth.
