- Providing access to an improved range of information and advice, and to services from Warwickshire Adult Social Care for people of 65 and over.
- Aiming to help older people in deciding how to deal with difficulties they may be encountering in their daily lives. Including opportunities for their Carers to find out sources of support and to request a Carer's assessment on line.
