Supporting People is a Government programme. It aims to provide a better quality of life for vulnerable people in Warwickshire.
What we can do for you
Support you to live in your own home, in the community or in specialist schemes.
If you have been homeless, in hospital or prison, we will help you gain and develop skills to live independently.
Support you to maintain your independence at home.
Help prevent problems that can lead to you having a long stay in hospital or care, going to prison, being evicted or made homeless.
