Delivering our priorities

Our key strategic business and financial planning documents provide a focus to the delivery of our Vision for the citizens of Warwickshire.

The Corporate Business Plan identifies where we are going by reaffirming our vision, priorities and outcomes for 2012-2013 and setting out how we will achieve them. The plan is the main reference point for understanding where the council aims to be in 2013.

Medium Term Financial Plan supports the Corporate Business Plans by setting out how we intend to use and raise the resources needed to deliver our services and priorities over the medium term.

Council Tax spending - every year we provide information that is sent out with your council tax bill detailing our services, spending and performance related information.

Quality of Life Report - provides a comprehensive assessment of a range of indicators and trends in local conditions experienced by the residents of Warwickshire. The key messages identified in the analysis will aid the decision making and priority setting processes; providing the context for our business planning and the evidence base for our policy development.
