Village Speed Limit Review

Warwickshire County Council is carrying out a systematic review of village speed limits. The Village Speed Limit Review seeks to introduce sustainable speed limits without creating an enforcement problem. All villages that do not have a 30mph speed limit will be reviewed as part of this process and while it is not always feasible to introduce a 30mph speed limit, some villages have benefitted from a reduction to 40mph.
