Home equipment service - assess yourself on-line for equipment

We want to reduce the risks of falls and accidents in the home and enable people to live more independently. We are working with an organisation called ADL Smartcare (Links to an external Website) to provide an on-line, risk-free assessment service. This will help you find out what equipment is available to you.

There are lots of items of equipment that could help you, for all parts of your home, including:

grab rails;
raised toilet seats;
bath boards;
tap turners.

Warwickshire residents will also be entitled to a discount on equipment ordered through this service.

You can also visit the Enable Me Centre, where a member of staff can help you complete the on-line assessment and also provide demonstrations of the equipment available.
