Warwickshire County Council Pension Fund is administered by Warwickshire County Council.
The Pension Fund Investment Board, under delegated powers, is responsible for strategic decisions in connection with the Pension Fund and is advised by the County Treasurer and his staff. Day to day investment decisions are taken by the appointed fund managers.
The Pension Fund Investment Board comprises five elected County Council members. All members have signed a Member Protocol.

The Pension Fund's Statement of Investment Principles (SIP) sets out the fund’s investment objective; the fund’s planned asset allocation strategy (including projected investment returns on each asset class), and the mandates given to all fund managers.

The Funding strategy statement (FSS) sets out a clear and transparent fund specific strategy which identifies how the employers' pension liabilities are best met going forward in support of the regulatory requirement to maintain as nearly constant employer contribution rates as possible as well as the need to take a prudent long-term view of funding those liabilities.
