Our key strategic business and financial planning documents provide a focus to the delivery of our Vision for the citizens of Warwickshire and maintain the Golden Thread which demonstrates the contribution everyone makes to this vision.

Within the restricted financial environment expected over the medium term we will continue to focus our efforts to ensure the delivery of value for money across the authority and the provision of cost-effective services.
