More than a meal!

We work with you and your carers to make sure that you get the most suitable service. The driver, who delivers your meal, can also help by:

  • plating meals, getting cutlery out and pouring a cold drink;
  • assisting service users to get to their dining tables;
  • opening bottle tops or tins of food for later;
  • setting a tray and guiding clients to where the meal is;
  • cutting the meat up;
  • picking up mail from the floor;
  • bringing the milk in;
  • turning the gas off when accidentally left switched on;
  • contacting family or the doctor if they are worried or in emergency situations;
  • chatting with service users
  • spending some time with people if they are upset.
