Outdoor activities

Any of our on-site activities can be combined with the options and facilities above to suit the purpose of your visit. For example you may simply want a post meeting activity buzz on the climbing wall. Everyone responds differently to adventurous activities. Our Instructors will set challenges for those who want to be pushed and be sensitive to those who want to take it a bit easier.

Team challenges

A full-on, points based competition between teams can be great fun, but also give your staff a chance to work together in a completely different environment. For example a number of different Initiative exercises or activities could build points for each team to 'buy' materials for the final challenge: a raft build and race across the lake. A bottle of bubbly could then toast the winning team's victory. There are endless possibilities for team challenges which could even extend over multiple days and locations. You set the level of challenge!

Team development

Alternatively you may be after some in-depth team building to highlight specific aspects of team work such as communication, cooperation, planning, trust and leadership. Unfamiliar tasks, varied group dynamics and exploring success and failure in a risk free environment. All of these things can be great for building teamwork and analysing performance. Many of the decisions and processes that the teams use can be related directly back to the work place.
