Community Links is the door-to-door community transport service for all residents who may be stuck for transport in Stratford District. Community Links' five vehicles are fully accessible for people with mobility problems, and our drivers will be happy to help, but please do let us know if you need assistance and/or are a wheelchair user when you make your booking. Once you've joined, book your Community Links journey by phoning the Project Coordinator on 01789 264491 on any weekday between 9am and 4pm. It would help them to help you if you could try to give three working days notice.
The service can be used for a wide variety of journey purposes - visiting friends, attending social groups or leisure activities, lifelong learning and, of course, shopping.
But please note it's not for health trips. The Volunteer Centre Medical Journey Scheme operates day centre and hospital related appointments. Contact Clarissa Roberts on 01789 296334.
Southam Links is an on demand service that operates to pre-booked requests (on a dial-a-ride basis). There is no fixed timetable as the route the service takes is defined by passenger demand and can vary each day. You can generally secure a booking 24 hours in advance, but can still call on the day you wish to travel to book your journey. Bookings will depend on availability. Its vehicles have disability access.
Southam Links is provided for defined rural communities in the Southam area. It provides access to the Southam Tesco store and other key facilities on offer in Southam.
