  • Community safety agreement

    The agreement details how the community safety priorities for 2010-11 have been determined, and sets out actions to be undertaken to meet each of the priorities.

  • Trading standards enforcement policy

    This enforcement policy sets out the principles and procedure adopted by trading standards in cases of non-compliance and/or unlawful activity by businesses or individuals.

  • Gating orders policy

    Section 2 of the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 introduced a new power that allows councils to make, vary or revoke gating orders in respect of highways within their area.
