Comprehensive Performance Assessment
Comprehensive Performance Assessment (CPA)

In this section you can find out more about the Council’s 2008 CPA Corporate Assessment and relevant documents.

A key part of informing the inspection teams about Warwickshire is the submission of a Self Assessment. Warwickshire’s Self Assessment was submitted to the Audit Commission on the 13th May and sets out the story of Warwickshire - about the place, the people and the Organisation.

The submission of the Self-Assessment will be followed by an on-site inspection by the Audit Commission, which takes place over a 2 week period, commencing 30th June 2008, with a pre-visit for a week commencing 9th June 2008.

As part of the on-site, inspection the Audit Commission will talk to a selection of staff, Members, partners and also the general public. The Council will give an assessment of its recent performance and improvement challenges, using Case Studies as evidence to back up its claims.
