Description
| Local plan, prepared in the context of the County Structure Plan, containing policies and proposals for the reduction, re-use, recycling and disposal of waste.

| Eligibility | Public consultations are held at the time of review and preparation of the plan.

| Access | Copies of the plan can be viewed at PT&ES reception, Barrack Street, Warwick and in public libraries.

| Comments | The Waste Local Plan was adopted on 18 August 1999 covering the period 1995 - 2005.
The current Waste Local Plan 1995 - 2005 has now been adopted. It can be purchased from the department at £20
