We offer a one-stop shop HR and Payroll Service to schools. Our service includes:
- The provision of professional advice and support.
- Help with recruitment and retention.
- Issuing and amending contracts of employment, maintaining employee records, administering payroll instructions and reporting to statutory bodies.
- Processing payments for staff including passing deductions to appropriate agencies and providing management information on payments to financial systems for reporting purposes.

We have an NQT on-line system available for use in schools:
NQT Database
If you are looking to recruit Newly Qualified Teachers in your school,
click here to go to the Warwickshire's NQT Database.
Details from students who visit our NQT website and complete the online application form feed a central database. This database is available to all schools purchasing the HR Service and enables you to access details about teacher trainees who are seeking work in Warwickshire. You can then choose to invite NQTs from this database to interview.
