| LABSS Services enhance inclusion through partnership with the LEA by:
- Contributing to Warwickshire's SEN Policy and Processes. Currently contributing to and supporting the Behaviour Strategy.
- Providing specialist staff for the Key Stage 2 and 3 attendance and behaviour strand.
- Providing specialist staff for the Primary Wave 3 Literacy & Numeracy Initiative.
- Close working partnerships with other professionals supporting inclusion to provide for consistency in schools and to prevent duplication.
- Contributing to behaviour, placement and monitoring panels.
- Contributing to school improvement work.
- Delivering training for Warwickshire's Dyslexia Strategy.
- Leading on Enhanced Support Services as part of the Children Act Project Team.
LABSS promote excellence and best practice in SEN through partnerships with:
- University research and teaching departments
- Professional bodies
- Voluntary agencies
- Publishers and resource developers
- Specialist educational suppliers
