Proposed Decision:That Cabinet be recommended that the relocation of Dunchurch Youth Centre be achieved within the original budget estimate of £130,000 approved by full Council on 11th February 2003.

Summary of matter:Report by the Corporate Services Overview and Scrutiny Committee. The Committee were asked by the Council to consider the continued delay in the provision of a new Dunchurch Youth Centre. They agreed to recommend Cabinet to deliver the relocation of the youth centre within existing budget provisions.
