Trouble signing in? Help.

Warwickshire CarShare is available for all private companies and organisations in Warwickshire.

However, first you need to sign up. If your workplace is listed below, then you can register as a CarShare member.

If your workplace is not listed, then please download anoverview of the CarShare scheme (pdf, 63Kb) for information about how the system works. If you are then interested in getting your company signed up, then please contact the CarShare Administrator, who can visit your company to answer any further questions you may have.

How to register

Before registering your personal preferences for travel companions, you will be asked to register your personal details, such as your name, address and email (please use your work email as this will speed up the application process) with Warwickshire County Council online accounts. 

Warwickshire County Council online accounts allows you to create a secure id and password to manage your CarShare account. (It also gives you access to other subscription services on the Warwickshire Web Site).  

If you already have a Warwickshire County Council online accounts account, you can use that to register with CarShare. 

Once you have registered with Warwickshire County Council online accounts you will receive an email from CarShare admin acknowledging your CarShare application. You will need to click the link within that email to start using the car share pages to find a car share partner.

County Fleet maintenance

This is low cost car service and repair centre which all WCC staff can use and provides benefits for WCC employee car sharers.

  • 20% discount on any purchases of car spares and cleaning /safety products in their Montague Road shop.
  • Free basic valet with every service.
  • £10 discount on the list price of a pre-purchase inspection test of a second hand vehicle.

How to sign in

Sign in by clicking on My CarShare. Enter your User ID and Password and click on 'Log in'.

Once you are logged in you will have access to your personalised CarShare home page. From here you can look for potential CarShare matches, alter your personal and employment details and change you password.

Forgotten Password

If you have forgotten your password, go to the Sign In page and click on 'I have forgotten my password'. You will then need to fill in a change password request form to establish a new password.

Not a Member

If you are not an existing user and would like to join CarShare, you will need to register instead.

However, if your workplace is not listed as registered on the CarShare homepage, your company will need to e-mail the CarShare Administrator or telephone 01926 412105 to get signed up.
