We are responsible for the following areas:

Commissioning of business solutions from within the Council to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of front-line services.
Deliver ‘business fit’ administration of services.
Managing the change process across the Group through high quality project management.
Supporting managers and staff to adapt to new models of service and working methods.
Management of in-house provider services and ensuring safe transition for customers while services are being re-commissioned
Establishing successful frameworks for trading activity within the Group with particular emphasis on services to schools.
